12 Days of CrossFit
Last year at about this time we took a small group of CrossFitters over to CrossFit Seattle to participate in their 4th Annual "12 Days of CrossFit" event.  Well, it's about that time again, so join us this Friday, December 12th at 6pm for the 5th of these festive workouts.  If you weren't there last year, or don't remember how the workout was run, it's based on the "12 Days of Christmas" song.  As an example, last year's workout consisted of:

1 100yd Dash
2 Lengths of gym Bear Crawl
3 Second Handstand
4 Clean & Jerks
5 Dive Bomber Push-ups
6 Knees to Elbows
7 KB Swings
8 Toes to Bar
9 Dips
10 Squat Thrusts
11 Pull-ups
12 Rocking Pistols

If you haven't figured it out yet, the workout ran as follows:

Run 100yds. Bear Crawl 2 lengths of the gym, Run 100yds. Hold a Handstand for 3 Seconds, Bear Crawl 2 lengths of the gym, Run 100yds... so on and so forth.
