The Turkish Get-up.

The athlete begins lying supine on the floor holding a weight (a 40kg barbell in the above photo) in one arm, extended vertically.  The movement is executed by standing up fully, then returning to a supine position on the floor, keeping the arm extended vertically throughout.  
 
Bodyweight Overhead Squat
Although not an entirely useful skill in itself, the ability to squat while holding your bodyweight overhead says a lot about your overall athleticism.  The flexibility, coordination, strength, and midline stabilization required to pull it off successfully transfers into many other activities.
